Weber Genesis E-320 Grill

Weber Genesis E-320 Grill Review

Weber Genesis E-320
The Weber E320 Propane Gas Grill is yet another edition to the amazing line of Genesis grills. Taking up 637 square inches of cooking area - 507 square inches for primary cooking and a 130-square-inch warming rack - the Weber Genesis E320 is just the right grill for you to use for small dinners or bigger parties.

It is easy to grill meats, veggie burgers, kabobs, fruits or vegetables because of Weber E320's three stainless-steel burners that have an input of 42,800 BTU per hour. Steaks, pork, fish or chicken are cooked evenly as Weber Genesis E320 Gas Grill features porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grates which are able to retain heat. It also adds sear marks on whatever it is that you are grilling to make it look mouth watering.

Weber E320 Gas Grill with an Electronic Crossover ignition system

I particularly like the porcelain-enameled Flavorizer bars as it effectively reduces flare-ups and makes sure that just the right amount of flame touches the meat. As you grill, you can make your sauce at the same time on the E320's flush-mounted side burner. You can even use the side burner to cook up small batches of onion rings or French fries. The Weber E320 Gas Grill also comes with an Electronic Crossover ignition system to make it easier to use.

What struck me about the grill is its design. You can just tell that it is made of high quality materials and this gives me the impression that the Weber E320 is solidly built. However, the Weber Genesis E320 is surprisingly easy to assemble. The gas grill has a porcelain-enameled shroud with a center-mounted thermometer to allow you to conveniently monitor your grill's temperature. Another great feature is the grill's enclosed cart which hides your propane tank while keeping it accessible.
